Thirty Nine does not take any responsibility for lost packages - a refund can be issued to a customer only after it has been investigated and refined from the courier company to Thirty Nine.

Please note that when opting for standard international delivery, your parcel will be transferred by NZPost to the local post of the destination country after leaving New Zealand. Consequently, NZPost tracking will not be updated after this handover. Please continue using the same tracking number through the local post services of the destination country.
